At Gift2Last, we require full payment upon placing your order. This ensures the prompt processing and timely delivery of your selected gifts. Customers can conveniently make payments using a credit card. This seamless payment process allows you to focus on selecting the perfect gifts while we handle the rest with efficiency and care.
Gift2Last offers convenient delivery options to ensure your gifts reach their intended recipients in a timely manner. For deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we provide the flexibility of directly delivering your gift to the buyer on your behalf or dropping it off at your brokerage. This ensures a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our local customers. For deliveries outside of the GTA, we accommodate our customers' needs with an expanded delivery service. However, please note that additional charges may apply based on the location outside of the GTA. Our goal is to provide the best possible service, and we will inform you of any extra fees during the checkout process.
At Gift2Last, we understand the importance of every personalized gift. Our policy for canceling or refunding customized orders is designed to ensure both customer satisfaction and the high quality of our products. You can cancel your customized order up to 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery date; however, please note that a 10% deduction will be applied to cover the processing and customization costs incurred. Unfortunately, if you request a cancellation or refund after this 2-week period, we will be unable to honor it, as customized orders are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.
