​ Product Disclaimer
• While we strive for accuracy, actual floral arrangements and vases may differ from website images due to Real Estate spring market, inventory, and design adjustments.
• Substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
Delivery Policy
• Free delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Deliveries outside the GTA may incur additional charges.
• Standard orders are delivered to the designated real estate brokerage office.
• Direct delivery to clients’ homes is available for an additional fee.
Loyalty Program
• Collected points must be redeemed within the same calendar year. Any unused points expire on December 31 of each year.
• We reserve the right to adjust the loyalty program with advance notice. Changes will not affect points earned from previous purchases.
Privacy and Communication Consent
• By signing up on our website, you consent to receive communications from Gift2Last™ via email, text, or phone regarding products, promotions, and updates.
• You may opt out at any time by:
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in promotional emails.
• Sending an email request to our support team.

Payment and Order Processing
• Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.
• Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be modified or canceled after processing.
Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for defective products, subject to review.
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gift2Last™, MarketInspiration Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor strikes
• Government actions
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario.

​We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services if you:
